September Member of the Month: Emily Burton
Emily has been with us for a short time but in that small window she has made big changes. She finished up her 90 day challenge losing over 18 lbs, 2 inches in her waist and 3 inches in her hips.
For many this would be enough, for Emily it was just the start. Since then she’s been crushing workouts, PRs on her push jerk, deadlift and back squat over within the last montha alone! Her consistent effort and drive are getting her to the best version of herself quickly!
