Phase 1 of Reopening Triumph

We’re not exactly sure when we’ll get the okay to reopen our doors, but we want to be prepared. Our initial plan is outlined below.

PHASE 1

  • MUST SIGN INTO CLASS
  • Do not arrive 5 min prior or stay 5 min later than class is over
  • 9 clients + 1 trainer = 10
  • X’s on floor for where clients will stand
  • Trainer will get all appropriate materials out before class
  • ie hang cleans and box jumps, barbell with weight and box at station
  • No sharing of equipment at all
  • Enter/exit through side door only
  • Restrooms for emergency purposes only
  • Wipe down door handles/paper towel dispenser after use if you have to use the restroom
  • Please come in change of clothes if possible
  • Sanitation stations placed around the gym (4)
  • Barbell Club (5 spots), Power Club (5 spots) 7:00 AM-8:30AM (M-F)
  • Power club uses main gym area barbell platforms
  • 5:30-7:30 PM (3 spots available PC M/W/F, T/Tr for barbell)
  • Trainer wears mask, optional for clients
  • Trainers will not assist with any physical contact or help with equipment
  • Daily temperature checks for our employees
  • Cleaning procedures:Mop twice/week, clean off all equipment used daily
