CrossFit embodies so many aspects of fitness, it’s hard to decipher what we need to be working on or working towards at times. Do we practice double unders? Do we work on pull ups? It can be overwhelming.
CrossFit gives us a great outline in “basic” movements. We know there can be unlimited variation in those movements, but having a bank to work from allows us to start to narrow down the things we can work towards.
